We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The highlight was definitely the river view backyard – the early morning view was breathtaking, and the evenings by the fire pit were perfect. There was plenty of parking space, which made things so convenient for our group. The walk-out basement was a great touch, and the views from the family room, kitchen, and the basement were simply stunning. The home was peaceful and quiet, making it the ideal spot to relax and recharge. Although the jacuzzi was available (we didn’t get a chance to use it), it’s another great feature that makes this place even more special. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning to come back again – highly recommended!

We wanted to have a relaxing, family vacation in a high-end property, with the amenities to afford us a self-contained fun time. That way we could just enjoy each other's company. We were 4 families, 20 individuals, spanning 3 generations, from the ages of 71 down to 2 years of age. Lakeview Manor is beautiful, with ample, comfortable sleeping areas for everyone. The grounds are beautiful and spacious; the pool and jacuzzi are very enjoyable. It afforded us what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay there immensely. Most importantly, we had the opportunity to bond as a family without any outside distractions. The Book-A-Memory team of Dean and Randy handled any questions or concerns instantly, professionally and effectively. Thank you for a memorable vacation. We highly recommend this property.

This was an unbelievable house and property. The family next door with children were friendly and welcoming. I’ve been in some amazing houses and to be honest I want the floor plan to this one and build it for myself with the only exception of a bigger yard due to the pool occupying most of the space and have the house not directly facing another house. This was a way better option to several hotel rooms both in comfort and luxury but also financially as our group had to work on a budget. The area was great and a short 10 minute drive to downtown Carmel. I will definitely try to book another trip not business related and get this location again.

Excelente lugar para relax, en familia, o solo descanso, amplio, limpio, lujoso, todo para preparar tus propios alimentos, cerca de supermercados, es nuestro complejo favorito desde hace mas de 10 años, se conserva, como nuevo, las albercas son las mas bonitas de la zona, la playa es espectacular, el agua de ambas es templada, perfecta para nadar o solo estar en relax con tu bebida, el staff siempre amable con todos, ambiente respetuoso, alegre, relajante, 4 jacuzzys frente al mar, 2 para adultos y 2 familiares, toallas siempre disponibles en la alberca, para mi este lugar siempre es igual a descanso asegurado, y alegría para todos mis hijos y unas vacaciones espectaculares y maravillosas, por ultimo , todo excelente. Siempre vuelvo a este lugar cada año. 💗💗💗

Family and friends get together for the weekend. The place is beautiful and had an amazing outside pool area. The layout of the home was perfect and had tons of room. Easy to get to and staff was extremely accommodating. We will definitely book again!

I had an amazing stay at Waterfall Lodge for the entire month of August. I was looking for luxurious accommodations with privacy and seclusion and Waterfall Lodge checked all the boxes. The views are amazing. I enjoyed sunrise on the balcony most mornings and reveled in the silence punctuated by the sound of katydids at night. I was visited by several deer including a baby and a mother and 2 young foxes along with multiple hummingbirds and hawks soaring overhead. Highly recommended.

Stunning all the way around. Host is extremely caring and responsive. Cannot say enough good things about this trip.
