The pool is open seasonally from April 1 through October 31 each year. It is maintained at a default temperature of 75 degrees. Guests who wish to have the pool heated beyond this temperature may do so for an additional fee of $25 per degree per day over 75, which will be charged separately after booking. The nightly rate covers the first 5 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. A total of 6 cars are allowed with this reservation. The 2-car garage, gravel area left of the driveway, and gravel lot to the right of the white house next door are available for parking. Please DO NOT park on the driveway as this makes it difficult for our neighbor to get their cars in their garage. License: SRP-000685

June 2025 5.00This was an unbelievable house and property. The family next door with children were friendly and welcoming. I’ve been in some amazing houses and to be honest I want the floor plan to this one and build it for myself with the only exception of a bigger yard due to the pool occupying most of the space and have the house not directly facing another house. This was a way better option to several hotel rooms both in comfort and luxury but also financially as our group had to work on a budget. The area was great and a short 10 minute drive to downtown Carmel. I will definitely try to book another trip not business related and get this location again.
