THE SPACE
This estate is richly finished with custom woodwork, hand-selected limestone, and vibrant acacia wood flooring, with central A/C in every room. Thoughtfully furnished with elegant, island-inspired pieces and striking artwork, the home offers a refined aesthetic that feels both elevated and welcoming.

The expansive 6,000-square-foot floor plan includes 8 bedrooms and 7 baths, with a central great room that opens wide to the two-island gourmet kitchen and lanai. For the safety and security of our guests there is a Ring doorbell on the front door of the home.

The nightly rate covers the first 8 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc.
