Downtown Lansing Luxury Condo

This was a beautiful condo! The views are spectacular, and it was walking distance from the meeting I was having. I would definitely recommend it to others!

Great location for entertainment while visiting. Lugnut stadium is across the street with view of scoreboard. Local restaurants with live entertainment can be heard and seen on side balcony. Only drawback is if you are on call for hospital, the place is noisy. The local bar across the roads live music goes till midnight. Which isn’t that bad, but the restaurant below the bedroom balcony in the same building has outside seating and music pretty loud until 0200am with voices floating up can make it difficult to get some rest. Being said if you are using this apartment strictly to visit and have fun it’s top notch location. On-call just a little too noisy.

Beautiful place! My husband and I were very happy with the apartment and the host. When I had a question, they immediately answered. Everything was clean. The apartment overlooks a bar, and we had live music on the weekend, which was an awesome plus! If you want a quiet place, you may want to bring earplugs. Also, an eye mask since the shades in the bedroom don’t block all the sun out.

wonderful stay

Spacious one bedroom condo. Nice bathrooms, good water pressure. Great location- walkable grocery/market and coffee shop below. Cute downtown restaurants. View of stadium and capitol building. It was the perfect location for our visit to MSU- less than 10 minutes to campus.

Great place

This loft was even better than the photos! I stayed for a conference that was being held at the Lansing Center, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. The convention center is directly across the street, I was easily able to walk back-and-forth. Inside, the loft is gorgeous, the view is incredible, It was impeccably clean, and it was very much appreciated that a blow dryer, clothing, iron, and even though I do not have children, I thought it was a very nice touch that they have a high chair and playpen readily available. The bed was very comfortable, it seemed like a high-quality mattress. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and space exactly as described. check in directions need to be shorter and more to the point. they give you a lot of useful information but The key points do not stand out. wouldn't deter us from staying. just a note to read them very carefully.

You are in the heart of the city, so not unexpected, but there is some loud street noise in the bedroom.

This place was just ok. The hall leading to the room smelled super bad. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The master bed was hard. Not sure I would stay again.

Our stay was disrupted when the heat went out on our last night. Unfortunately, we only realized it when we were getting ready for bed, so staying up to wait for a repair wasn’t an option. When we reached out to the host first thing in the morning, they refused any compensation, saying they *could* have fixed it within an hour. Unexpected issues can happen, but how a host handles them matters. In this case, we felt dismissed rather than accommodated. Wouldn’t recommend if you expect reliable heating and air or a host willing to take responsibility for guest comfort.

This apartment was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Great location for any event at the Lansing Center, visiting the Capital or a game at the Lugnuts Stadium! The apartment is clean and has a great view of the Stadium and Capital.

Beautiful place and well appointed. It worked great for us and our college aged son. While the location is centrally located, the street, cars, and bar noise is very loud and can make it tough to sleep. I also was not a fan of the onerous second contract (and penalties) to sign on top of normal airbnb terms. We were quiet and not there much, so it didn’t impact us at all, but it left a sour impression. As long as you know both of those going in, it’ll work well for your needs.

Beautiful! We loved our stay from the moment we walked in the wonderfully clean and well kept condo. We stayed for an event at the Lansing center and we were so close and able to walk back and forth easily when we had breaks in our schedule. We enjoyed the large balcony and the multiple dining options nearby. We loved being able to park our car and then walk to everything for the duration of our visit. The hosts were also very quick to respond to messages and worked with us to adjust our stay when we had some last minute changes. We will happily stay again on our next visit to Lansing, thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay to be in the center of everything. You can also walk to most places including restaurants, coffee shop, grocery stores, museums and Jackson field home of the Lansing Lugnuts. The apartment sits directly across from the stadium which is convenient if you’re heading to check out a baseball game. I highly recommend checking out Lansing Brewing Co.

This place was beautiful with great downtown views. We had a lovely weekend stay!

This is an awesome unit. Right across the street from the Lugnuts and great views of the Capitol and the Lansing skyline. Two balconies. Everything in the unit worked great, including the internet. I really wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the surrounding options. Parking was easy and close. I would definitely stay here again if I need to be in Lansing.

We stayed here for three weeks. It is in the heart of Lansing, MI and in walking distance to some bars, restaurants, and most important; a Mejer's grocery store. The apartment was super clean and the whole building is in good shape. Would definitely come back and also recommend this place

we had a great time and it was a perfect play to stay if taking in a Lugnuts game. Also, we mistakenly left behind a few items and they took time to inform us and they even shipped it all back to us!!! They went above and beyond any of our normal expectations
