We really enjoyed our stay. The space worked great for our family. The kids LOVED the pool.

Great place to stay! Host is very responsive and provides clear instruction and answers questions in a quick turn time.

The house is really new, everything is clean, and it's in a really good location and neighborhood. I highly recommend it when you visit South Haven with your family and friends. I'm not sure this house is good for 10 people; I think 6 adults are the best for this house. Just one thing: The owner was waiting outside the house for exactly 11 a.m. to clean. I understand that they need to clean up before the next customer comes, but it felt really pressured.

We’re able to squeeze us in last minute due to our other air bnb losing power! We charged extra, but happy they were able to accommodate us. Place is clean! Beds are not the most comfortable except the king bed. We enjoyed our stay!

We were so pleased with the accommodations!! Would definitely book again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area. The house was comfortable and well equipped for all our needs.

Great place to stay while in town for work. So close to the beach we were actually able to visit a couple days. Very nice community pool/hot tub

Absolutely loved staying in this community! LOVED the hot tub and pool! Especially the fact that it is outdoors when nice and indoors when cold! Did notice some stains on furniture and walls in the stair case but overall clean and comfortable. Excited to stay in this community again. South Haven is truly a home away from home!

This place saved us when we had an issue with another nearby home. They called me directly right away to confirm availability and give check in instructions after requesting our stay. We had three overtired kids and this place delivered. Super comfortable and clean.

The house was beautiful and very clean. It was exactly how the listing said it would be and we were very happy with it. The hosts were extremely quick to reply and answered all our questions in detail. We'd stay here again if we go back to South Haven!

We've stayed in this development before, and LOVE the location! The property was clean and the hosts were very responsive. Really appreciated the family room set up with comfortable seating for a group! Beach chairs and umbrella were amazing! The beds are not great (which was a disappointment) and, personally, I would have loved to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Properties like this make vacationing easy! Thanks Dean & team!

Nice location, clean and well-equipped property. Easy check in process. Could use upgraded mattresses and pillows, but overall a great rental property.

The house was amazing! looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect location, quick drive to the beach and the main strip. Hosts were awesome and very responsive. would definitely stay again.

The place was nice, not a great value for price in my opinion. There were some communication issues with damage hold we didn’t know about, but that was resolved. Beds were pretty uncomfortable, and we happened to be there on a pretty warm week, and there is not zoned cooling- the upstairs was super hot, and no ceiling fans. We have stayed a lot of south haven places, and probably wouldn’t choose this one again, but there wasn’t anything bad about it, just nothing really great about it to make me want to return.

Very mice and clean, just far enuogh away from commotion and close enough to visit everything. Overall, very Happy with visit!

Great location. We drive 5 minutes to the beach (North/South shore). Pretty sunset at Newcome Beach (also about 5 minutes). We had 11 adults stay in this home. A little tight, but lots of room for air mattresses that our host provided. I would stay again.

We had a great time at Dean’s place! It was a perfect location for us and Dean was quick to communicate with! Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed at Deans place for a couple nights in November. Harbor club is great for having plenty of space for the family in a single family home setting. This home in particular is nice because the backyard faces the woods which is more private than some of the others in harbor club.

Dean is very accommodating and personable. Check in was super easy. The house was a perfect escape from being on the road constantly. The house was very quiet and had all the conveniences of feeling at home. Very clean! The walking trails were directly in front of the home. We would definitely request to stay here again.

This place is fantastic! Desk communicated quickly and clearly and the house itself is amazing! It has everything we needed for a family of four and was a great place to get ready for our wedding!

Place was great for the group. Space was accommodating for 4 certainly, and definitely could have comfortably fit 6. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Location is great for any season at a lower rate than the lakeside properties. <2 mins to drive to beach or 15 min walk.

This is a wonderful, cozy home! Everything is very new and clean. The location is great and is just a short drive to downtown and the South shore. Very easy check-in and out, and Dean was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It may be silly, but the spherical ice cubes really excited us as well. Haha. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Awesome place, so clean and beautiful in the fall!

The property was exactly as described. Dean made everything so easy. Any questions, we had he responded almost immediately. Definitely will stay at one of his properties in the future. Downtown South Haven is about 1.5 miles away. Biking or walking is perfect! Kal-Haven trailhead is .3 miles away and the beaches are within a mile. The fall leaves were beautiful along with the sunsets. Definitely relaxing!

Our family loved staying here! It's a great location that is literally only a 5 minute drive from everything in Southaven. The house looks just like the pictures and has a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of sheets and towels available. The refrigerator is very impressive (overkill for a rental) and makes spherical ice, which was a big deal to my family lol. We would definitely book here again or another of their properties. Our only complaint was the cost, which is mostly Airbnb's fault because of their service and cleaning charges.

A bit pricey but nice

We had a nice time at this rental - it is very family-friendly and we appreciated Dean's speedy communication. Likewise, as others have note, the kitchen is very well appointed. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the toys in their room. We appreciated all the accommodations for families and kids (dishes, pack n play, etc). With this being said, we had a few pieces of feedback around the comfort of the bedrooms outside the "kids room". We would have appreciated having dressers in the bedrooms (vs. a cupboard like the primary room had) and the 2nd bedroom not having any surfaces outside the night stands was problematic. It was very sparse in the bedrooms outside the kids rooms which we weren't anticipating. This made us feel like the "value" for what we were paying wasn't as great as this is probably the most we've ever spent on a rental.

Great location though not a walkout to beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is clearly new, so everything is in great shape and very clean, which maybe sounds weird but is important. In other words, everything works and works well -- couches/seating are all comfortable, a/c works great, garage is accessible, appliances like washer/dryer work great, etc. Nothing old or beat up here! 5 minute walk to the pool which was great, and 5-10 minute drive to town and beaches. The pool was reasonably busy, but never uncomfortably so (plenty of room to spread out, and we always got a table and chairs). Plenty of supplies (soap, shampoo, towels etc) that are easily accessible so you never have to worry about asking (some hosts are weird about locking this stuff away). Overall just a lovely, quiet place to retreat and relax between stops to town, beaches, and the pool!

Beautiful home in a great location! Has so many extra amenities and very comfortable. Great place for a large family and very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dean’s house!

Wonderful stay. Everything was nice and clean and we absolutely loved the area. We actually rented a golf cart as well and that was a perfect fit in the garage. It even came with a beach pass so we didn’t have to pay for parking. Would recommend doing that. Pool was nice and not crowded at all. Dean was very responsive.

We throughly enjoyed staying at Dean’s home! Beautiful and in a great location! Close to beaches and downtown. The home seems to have been recently built. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds are comfortable and overall clean and tidy. Dean is an excellent host and very responsive. We hope stay here again!

Great Place & Location! Plenty to do in the area. I went to a boat rental & took a boat out on Lake Michigan with the family. Nice trails to hike on as well. Great local eateries, grocery stores, antique shops & restaurants/bars. Will definitely go back to the area and venture out to do more. 👍👍👍👍👍
