The home was exactly as described and pictured. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a wonderful time, especially our kids, who loved everything there was to do in the house. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

The house was in great shape and the pool is amazing. The house fit 4 families very comfortably and the pool fits all of us no problem. We will stay again if we are back in Georgia!

Absolutely fabulous stay! We used this Airbnb for a small family gathering, and it exceeded all expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. The fully stocked kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. The host was incredibly responsive and respectful throughout our stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

This space was a huge hit for our group. We were in town for work and it was so nice coming back to this space to relax and sleep and gear up for the next work day. Thanks for the last minute booking.

Both hosts made our stay comfortable and easy since we had to book with them at the last minute. The home was spacious, private, and perfectly located for our visit with family. A bad storm took down a tree and trapped us inside for a bit, but they quickly got it moved so we could resume our plans. Great hosts, great house, great visit. Thanks so much!

We stayed at this home with family for my daughter's wedding at the nearby Cotton Gin (quick endorsement for the Cotton Gin in Hiram for anyone looking for a wedding venue). We had a full house, 16 people most nights. The house is sprawling, so that the space never felt tight, there's a lot of room to spread out. The furnishing are comfortable, not fancy, and just as advertised. We stayed in January, so we were only inside, but the outside areas and pool look great. The owners were very responsive to our requests and fixed the couple hiccups we did have promptly. If you have a large group and are looking for a house on the west side if metro ATL, this is a solid choice.

Genuinely couldn’t have asked for better communication. Beautiful and extremely large home. Great scenery, and private area yet so close to a bunch of big cities. Thanks for hosting me and my family!

Our stay was wonderful. The place was sprawling and gorgeous. They heated the pool for us (at a reasonable fee) and we loved the quiet, serene setting. The hosts were fantastic. Quick responses before, during and after the rental. We have rented a lot of places over the years this was hands down the best experience. Loved everything about this listing and would highly recommend!

We held a several day family gathering. The home was spacious and comfortable. Great amenities. Plenty of kitchen gear for preparing large meals. Lots of dishes, silverware, and cups/glasses. Laundry and cinema were a plus! Highly recommended!

This house was big and had everything we needed for our stay. We were in town for a family member funeral and we were able to host a lunch after the service for about 33 people and we had plenty of room. The home was well decorated and super clean. Beds are comfortable and there was even 2 pack n plays for the babies to sleep in and a high chair. Those extras made our stay more helpful. I would rent again if we need to be back in the area with our family again.

Love all of the things that you can do at this house like game room to the movie room. All so very nice love all about this house would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our needs. We were a high school group traveling to the Atlanta area to visit the Center for Human and Civil Rights. We needed a large, comfortable, well-equipped home, and this Book a Memory listing was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and had everything we needed to cook for the students. The teens loved the game and movie rooms, and there was ample space. This house is huge and beautiful inside and out. The grounds are gorgeous. Although the property is incredibly private, it’s also only a three minute drive to anything you might need - Kroger, Duncan Donuts, gas, etc. The location is a 30 minute drive to downtown Atlanta in light traffic. While all of these things are incredibly important and worth mentioning, the point that really differentiated our experience was the exceptional communication and customer service we received from our first inquiry through checkout and departure. If you are considering booking, do it!

This home was large but cozy and was able to host my large extended family for a much needed weekend to connect.

This was one of the best house we spent ever. We spent most of the time at pool. It was so clean and surrounded by beautiful trees. We felt like we were in middle of jungle and away from the crowded area. We will come back to this home again. 20 members early can stay and everything is just nearby. I recommend this to everyone.

We had an amazing experience! The house was just like the photos, with extras of everything. The host and cleaning staff were super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Thank you for providing a relaxing and memorable home for our family!

Overall, the place was as described. The rooms are spacious and the layout works well. The house just needed a good deep cleaning. The basics were fine - clean bedding, clean sinks, toilets, and showers, however, the kitchen counters and floors were dusty, stair carpeting stained and not vacuumed well, baseboards and windows grimy. The owners made a solid effort to make it right by sending their cleaners out to touch up. Still, it was awkward while we were there. The pool was clean especially given the tree cover is nearby. It had only 4 chairs out and we were 19. The deck was dirty and full of leaves. The maintenance person came to power wash and put out all the chairs and loungers. He was very nice and it was still awkward because we were all on the deck. We had to sweep it and move the chairs ourselves. Friday morning the pool guy came to do the pool and blow the deck. Great, except it should have been done before we arrived. Lovely location. Spacious. Private. Beds were quite hard

Great home with great kitchen and appliances. Our teenagers loved the ping pong table and the movie theater. We used the pool every day! Fantastic stay!

Family reunion with five kids at house with pool looked perfect. Booked in March; communicating with Dean was great. In May asked for early check-in; was told no problem; no mention of added fee or number of people. Problems arise. It’s not the problem, but how you handle it that can make an experience. June 8, Dean notified me the pool may not be usable; a May review shows same problem. We booked for the pool! Dean offered multiple options to resolve the issue 100% refund, rebook, or free extra day and water slide. Next two days, Dean kept me updated on repairs and notified me there'd be no pool. June 10, Dean agreed to slide and partial refund on Monday. Communication turned over to Laura, local contact, and “other owner partners” through his site name. Laura was GREAT, we got in early and slide was a big hit! Monday REFUND WAS NOT PROCESSED AS AGREED and "other owners" messaged late into the night trying to reduce refund until I stopped responding. Refund finally processed in full.

My family of 14 stayed at the property and had enough space to gather together when needed and also spread out for privacy when needed. Would recommend for large families looking to entertain. We had a few concerns, however Dean was extremely responsive and aims to ensure a positive experience for his guests. Would recommend.

The house was perfect for our family! I can’t explain how beautiful and comfortable it was. No detail or need was overlooked. The house was so clean, had any amenity that you would want or expect from a vacation home. We were in town for my sons graduation and had 12 people stay and there was more than enough room. We also hosted a graduation gathering for about 30 people. Check in was smooth, Dean was extremely responsive and proactive even. Not to mention that Dean saved us from a horrible Airbnb experience, allowing us to book and “move in” within 2 hours. He was a lifesaver. In full transparency, the pool was out of order, but there was someone there working on it daily and Dean compensated us for the pool not being available. We were able to cook and have dinner all together at the house. The kitchen appliances were all high end— I’m talking Viking and Bosch. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Dean’s home. The location is within a 30-45 minute drive of so many great restaurants, experiences, etc. Dean was in constant contact and communicated effectively.

The 5-acre secluded property experience is a wonderful option for those looking for a comfortable and private retreat for any special occasion. The property offers ample parking and is conveniently located within a 2-minute drive of nearby stores, making it easy to stock up on supplies. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay did not allow us to experience the swimming area, but it looked very inviting. Despite this, Dean, the host, was very accommodating to our needs and made sure we had a great stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Old home with tons of character, great kitchen with Viking Gas stove top, and the pans, utensils, dish’s, appliances to make a large family meal. ( high end feel ) We really liked this home for our large group. Large open areas and good entertainment options like Foosball, air hockey, pin pong table and a cute little movie theater in the basement/ garage area. ( the sound bar was a little quirky) We had some minor concerns, that were addressed by Dean immediately. ( very responsive) The property is on five acres so great privacy. Also the house has little surprise areas for the kids, very cute. My wife and daughter had to work a couple of days and the internet worked great. No TV’s in the bedrooms. We hope to come back soon.

Upon arriving, I was immediately impressed and excited for my stay. Don and Dean made things seamless effectively communicating and ensuring everything was going okay. There’s nothing but adventure throughout the home with endless things to do. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!!!

Every part of our stay was amazing from beginning to end. Dean was the definition of a super host, he was amazing and made sure our trip was absolutely perfect! The house was stunning, with three levels that are very well appointed. The bed rooms and beds are everything.. The kitchen is also gorgeous and Large.. Saying this home is fully stocked is an understatement!.. Perfect fit for 3 families plus! There was more than enough room for everyone to space out and have their privacy if needed. Several lounging/living areas. This home is a must visit if your ever in Atlanta! We totally didn't want to leave and are planning our next trip there as we speak!! Thanks so much Dean!
