Rockwall Ranch is a sprawling 5-acre estate perfect for groups & gatherings! 6,000 sqft of luxury living space with finely crafted finishes and high-end amenities are sure to impress in this 7-BD/5.5-BA home. From the indoor Texas-shaped heated pool to an inviting fire pit area & private attached guest home, every inch of our pet-friendly property is designed to create unforgettable experiences for up to 18 overnight guests. Plus, we are 15 minutes to Rockwall & the lake and within walking distance from “The Pearl at Sabine Creek” wedding venue. Hey Y’all – Rockwall Ranch is THE place to spend your next vacation in the beautiful Texas countryside! Inside the main home, guests will find plenty of social spaces that transition effortlessly between style and functionality. The light and bright kitchen features premium appliances, bar seating, and a prep island that makes serving group meals a breeze. There’s an adjacent dining room + more dining space in the lovely enclosed gazebo that overlooks the grounds. And don’t forget about the coffee bar stocked with everything you need to start off your day with a smile! Two separate seating areas mean plenty of space for gathering, complete with plush furnishings and one of four wood-burning fireplaces. With stylish, welcoming and warm touches throughout, these spaces make every moment feel memorable. But if you’re looking for a more active space to let loose, right down the hall there’s a game room with wet bar, pool table, wood burning stove, and separate kids play area. There are also 10 Smart TVs throughout the property to provide everyone with a chance to watch their favorite show or game of the week. Next head out to the Pool House complete with a TEXAS SHAPED HEATED POOL – Yee Haw! - kitchen, dining area, and a stage for showing off your talents. A built-in fireplace keeps things cozy, and there’s plenty of seating for enjoying the day or night poolside. Conveniently adjacent to the pool house is the private guest house with full kitchen, living room, fireplace, king bedroom, and full bathroom with laundry. The ranch’s bedrooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully arranged to ensure every guest's comfort. The main suite has a romantic wood burning stove and a full bath with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. Six additional bedrooms provide space for everyone, and the home’s other 4.5 bathrooms feature luxury fixtures and finishes. Message us to start tailoring your visit with elevated experiences and handpicked amenities. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along. The base rate covers the first 7 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home: 1. Garage 2. Front Door 3. In Law Suite Carport 4. Back Yard 5. Driveway These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

September 2025 5.00Beautiful location and house, lots of space to spread out. The pool house in-law suite was great, the pool area in general was great to hang out in. The house was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were immediately responsive to every question we had. The location was perfect for our purpose because our wedding was half a mile away, if your goal isn’t to stay at the house or have a close venue then it’s about 25-30 minutes to any populous areas like Rockwall. Be sure to read the whole listing, we did not and didn’t realize that it had a $300 per pet per stay fee or that it was $30 a day for each person over 8 people. Which is fine, we just didn’t pay attention to it until after booking so had to adjust payments. Overall, great house and great hosts.

August 2025 5.00House was super spacious, perfect for larger groups. The indoor pool was great for getting away from the Texas heat, with plenty of floats to use. Kitchen came fully stocked and there were plenty of activities to do around the house. The hosts were very helpful setting up my group’s stay and were very responsive when I had a question about the property. Would stay here again!

July 2025 3.00The property is mostly as advertised. It's a very nice house with all the amenities listed. There were some things in disrepair but nothing I haven't experienced before. Be aware that the host has fees and charges for various things such as the pool temperature. They were very concerned about how many people would be at the house at any given time, not how many were staying overnight, but how many would ever step foot in the house so they could charge for those people too. They were flexible on the fees but it was very unfriendly and not at all what I have come to expect from AirBnB hosts. I understand being concerned with guests throwing parties and trashing the place but that is what the rules and guest ratings are for.

July 2025 5.00My family and I had a wonderful experience at this home over the 4th of July weekend. The house is incredibly spacious, spotless, and even better than the pictures. The indoor pool was amazing and such a highlight for everyone. As someone who uses a wheelchair, I was especially impressed by the mini apartment with a roll-in shower — it made everything so accessible and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for more. We’re so grateful for this unforgettable stay!

May 2025 5.00Lots of space to spread out for large groups. We had 12 adults and we had a great time hanging out and catching up. The large table was big enough for large group meals and board games. A number of seating areas for conversations. Every couple had their own room and we all remarked on how comfortable the beds were. The house was spotless on arrival. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. A great place to just hang out and relax for a group of friends.

May 2025 5.00We had a great stay!! House is gorgeous and beautiful and very well laid out. Kids had a great time in the Indoor Pool. Pond was lovely! Pool table was great to have! Kids area was great to have as well. This house has everything you need for a big group Celebration 🎉 !!!
