Great stay - house was great and the house was incredible. Would love to come back and stay if we are in town agian.

This corner of Indy is close to a lot. The Geist waterpark access is literally across the street. Terrific playground, beach with lifeguards. We spent a full day at the Children's museum - an amazing place for all ages. The house had so many beds that we had options to decide where everyone would sleep (6 adults, 4 kids under age 6). We did find one bedroom on the 2nd floor to be absolutely unbearably hot. We couldn't find any vents in the room. The only portable fan provided was broken. The availability of cribs, and a highchair, was awesome. Yes, the master bedroom has a king, a queen and two twins. It's an interesting layout. Having multiple bathrooms for 3 families was awesome too.The kitchen has dated and mismatched dishware and cooking ware but we managed. We found the oven to not heat accurately for items we were baking or cooking, not sure if the temp is accurate? The grill in back was dirty but worked well. The best part of the house for our crew? The room FULL of toys. The kids had endless fun exploring what was in there and the pop a shot in the basement gave inspiration to the 6 year old to try out basketball when home. Thank you!

I had issues with this rental since the beginning of the booking. Though the price per night was negotiated and rate was reduced tremendously, my card was charge twice after booking. I had to contact host to resolve. Fast forward to stay, area and neighborhood was nice but the home was not. There were stains on the couch and carpet and some bedsheets were clearly not washed before the stay. The garage was full of toys, furniture, and totes with clothes so it was unavailable to use for parking. There was food in the pantry, items in some of the closets, and a kitchen cabinet was held on by tape.The host accused my party of damaging carpet and towels during this stay and charged us 1500 for these “damages.” The situation has been escalated to VRBO without resolve. I would not recommend a staying here or negotiating your rental rate appears that they will tack on damage charges to recover the entire amount. I would have preferred they not had accepted the negotiated price and there would not have been any surprise costs.

Five buddies got together for the weekend to go to the Indy 500. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. A little pricey, but that’s what we expected for the Indy 500 weekend.

...what a wonderful place, peaceful quiet neighborhood, great for families with kids, kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies and spices and utensils. beautiful private yard and the trampoline was enjoyed by all ages. was so comfortable there! more than enough room with so many extras especially for the babies of the family. if you have kids and babies and like to cook, you will all be over the moon here!

The house was very nice. I did not like the fact that it slept so many people but you had to pay 30 extra a night per person over 5 people. This is the first rental I have ever experienced that policy.

Beautiful property and more than enough space for my family. As we attended a funeral this home gave us more than enough comfort of knowing we will be comfortable and safe. Thank you!

My family absolutely loved this listing. The thought put into the toys for the kids and the availability of beds and layout was just perfect. And the place is gorgeous and so clean!

What we expected: wonderful location, large bedrooms / comfortable beds as described and big enough to host our Christmas Dinner. What we did not expect: TVs not plugged in, dead batteries in remotes, window open in upstairs bedroom, dirty utensils, pans & skillets (we washed everything before we used it); old chicken wing in bottom warmer drawer of stove; Mixed furniture in house (no recliners operational as they were not plugged in); cluttered personal belonging stuffed into back of closets and garage (only one car space); Christmas decorations not working in front yard; chair with broken leg in basement; plenty of towels but all in linen closet; candy and wrappers in basement. Overall, the lack of attention to the care of the house was well below the expectations. It was not a value even with the reduced rate.

I had a great experience nothing to complain the house it’s beautiful

The start of this booking was pretty rocky because I was told about additional instructions and fees after the booking . However, After considering my options, I am glad I didn’t cancel. I don’t like surprises and I think it would be more convenient for others to read the additional fees before confirming the booking but I’m sure the owner tried that method before . It is a huge and beautiful home. Our group felt right at home, at peace and comfortable during the stay. There are several restaurants, shopping centers and grocery stores near & they are affordable. Although we came for a memorial , we had so much catching up and spending time in the large living room . Every room was clean , nicely decorated and spacious. I also loved the toys for our children because my 2 years olds daughters are always bored. Well they got themselves busy. We will definitely refer this beautiful home and returns hopefully next summer .

Great place for family and friends .

We were very disappointed in this property. Although the house is nice and large, it is poorly furnished, oddly configured, and not as pictured and described in the listing. We encountered several issues: The host was deceptive. First, when asked about waiving the day visitor fee prior to the end of the cancellation period, he implied that he could. He ultimately did not waive the additional fees. Secondly, parking was originally listed as free. On arrival the message stated $50 per car, which I disputed. Thirdly, issues with the house were known by the host, but not fixed prior to our stay. The furnishings, including kitchenware and linens, were shabby and not as pictured. Furniture was oddly arranged and uncomfortable. Linens did not smell fresh and were dingy. Kitchenware was a hodgepodge. The property listing is misleading as the house is listed for 16+guests, however there are additional fees for more than 6 guests. Also, I had a very uneasy feeling dealing with the host.

House and neighborhood were awesome!

We needed a last-minute place for 8 people due to a death in the family and were misled by the appealing pictures & positive reviews. This Airbnb is the most expensive in the area and is absolutely not worth it. After booking, we had to sign a separate contract with a different company, which included bogus extra charges and penalties for things like moving furniture. There was also a $30 p.p. charge for anyone visiting the property, enforced via outdoor cameras. The hosts tried to bribe us by offering to waive this fee in exchange for a positive review. The house itself was filled with children's toys, changing tables & cribs. No matching dishes or wine glasses —only sippy cups. Towels were threadbare and stained. The rugs were worn, the toilets were not properly cleaned, and fake lashes were found on the patio. There were no end tables or lamps in the living room, and we were without a working TV remote for two days. This place is cheap, pretending to be special. Terrible experience.

The home is very "lived in". The furniture, rugs, utensils, etc., all show a great deal of use/wear. Kitchen & bathroom cabinets were cluttered with partially used products, which is unusual for a full-time rental. We weren't able to find a dish towel, but fortunately they provided a roll of paper towel. We had enough TP for the weekend & found bath towels in the upstairs hall closet. Some of the couch pieces in the photos were not there, but that wasn't an issue for us. I wore my flip flops the entire time after the paper towel came up black from wiping up a bit water off the kitchen floor (from unloading our coolers). We addressed some of these things with the owner after we left, but also understand they might not even bother other guests. I can't say we were fully comfortable, but the house suited our group of 6 adults for two nights & was a win for being able to stay in one space vs. separate hotel rooms.

My team & I felt right at home , this is a beautiful house with a lot of space , The host help us with clear instructions & was very respectful & response quick . We will love to come back to Indiana & stay there . 5 ⭐️ for sure !!
