Our spacious golf course getaway boasts 5-BDS, 5.5-BAs, and plenty of room for up to 16 guests. Golf cart included + near trails, shopping, entertainment, & 15 min to airport!

Terrible experience as property was filthy - extremely thick layers of dirt, piles of dead bugs behind nightstands, horribly stained mattress, freezer/cabinets unusable as packed with old/spilled food, mouse poop in bedroom, disgusting silverware drawer, etc. Day before check in, were informed washing machine was broken. Host ("Book A Memory" aka Dean) left piles of dirty sheets/towels (he & his friends used prior to our arrival). Found 3 large dead rats/mice. Never informed of security alarm but late at night horrendous alarm went off - had to evacuate & sit outside across street. Host unresponsive as alarm continued all night & police showed up. Inside of home completely cluttered w/ tons of neglected plants, most dying & covered in dust. Air conditioning broke while it was over 100 degrees outside. Golf cart filthy and doesn't charge properly. Property was complete mess & extremely misrepresented. Obvious that home has decades of heavy use, was completely neglected and in disrepair.
